We keep it positive and we make it about you. We focus on your strengths and build from there. We also change our workouts daily, to keep it exciting and new.
Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels and we can modify as necessary. If you'd like to meet one-on-one, we also offer personal training. If you have serious health concerns, please reach out to your doctor for clearance before scheduling an appointment.
We do have some childcare available during classes and personal training sessions. Please reach out to us for accommodation before attending a session/class with your kid(s).
We focus on strength and cardio. We also focus on improving balance, mobility, and reducing the risk of injury.
