When you work with us one-on-one, we'll be able to customize a plan that fits your specific needs. We believe everyone has different strengths and different ways of learning. We'll focus on using your strengths as motivation to achieve your overall goals, in a way you'd prefer and learn best.
Amanda started Fit Flock after becoming an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She has a passion for health and fitness. She continued her education in 2018, to also become an ACE Certified Behavior Change Specialist, an ACE Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and a Road Runners Club of America Certified Coach.
In 2020, she expanded her knowledge to also include ACE Certified Health Coach. In 2021, she became a Weight Management Specialist too! In 2023, she became certified in Posture and Alignment, to focus in on root causes of pain and imbalance.
Amanda specializes in Personal Training that focuses on building total body strength. She currently offer personal training and health coaching, both in-person and virtually.
When she's not at Fit Flock, you may find her joining in on local events. She loves getting up really early and exercising before the sun is up. She also love puns, 90's music, animals, and coffee:)
Vanessa joined Fit Flock with two decades of personal training and group fitness experience. She was a professional dancer and acrobat in Philadelphia and Las Vegas, so she brings a fun upbeat energy to her classes and sessions.
Vanessa is available for evening and weekend personal training sessions, which has extended the options Fit Flock now offers. She also offers creative adult and children's fitness classes, so be sure to keep an eye on the calendar and try one of her amazing offerings!
When she's not at Fit Flock, she loves traveling and camping and spending time with her 2 rescue cocker collies.
Sarah has always had a passion for health and fitness. She joined Fit Flock with nearly a decade of strength and conditioning personal training experience. Sarah has worked with many clients, including organizing children’s classes, coaching young athletes, and aiding in rehabilitation from injuries or surgeries. She enjoys helping clients recover and gain both confidence and strength.
Sarah is available for personal training sessions during the work week, to help you stay safe, as you gain strength, flexibility, and improve balance. Sarah is also great at holding you accountable to reach your fitness goals.
In her spare time, if not at the gym, she enjoys spending time outdoors, catching waves at the beach, paddle boarding down the river, or evening walks with her husband on their family farm!
